Spa at Home Part 1

With many of us experiencing a higher level of stress at this time it’s even more important to take care of ourselves. Suddenly we have more time on our hands and while this also can induce anxiety let’s turn it around and instead learn how to calm and de-stress ourselves. Maybe take time to read that book you’ve been meaning to read, do some gardening or have some ‘spa’ time. Try a little self care or give time to a loved one who’s feeling low.
